What are RAMS?
RAMS stands for Risk Assessments and Method Statements. They identify hazards in your work, assess the level of risk, and describe the controls you'll put in place to keep yourself and others safe.
Domestic clients

Commercial clients
Often required by facilities managers and letting agents before you start work.
Construction sites
Mandatory. You will not be allowed on site without RAMS. A CSCS card is also required.
Regular Domestic Clean
Standard risk assessment for weekly/fortnightly home cleaning.
Deep Clean / End of Tenancy
Covers intensive cleaning including oven, inside windows, and high-reach areas.
Office / Commercial Premises Clean
For regular or one-off cleaning of offices, co-working spaces, and business premises.
Post-Construction / Builders Clean
For cleaning on or adjacent to construction sites. CSCS card recommended.
Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnaround
Fast turnaround cleans between guest stays.
Need the qualifications to back up your RAMS?
Get CSCS carded, COSHH trained, or complete your Working at Height certificate. These qualifications unlock higher-paying work and get added to your Cleanpass profile.
